Incense is one of the oldest rituals in human history. On every continent and at all times, people have used the burning of plant parts to produce certain effects and emotions.
How can I smoke? Smoking bundle you light the tip, let it burn a little and then blow out the flame. Now an ember is formed. You keep the embers alive by blowing or waving them in the air. To extinguish it, stick it in sand or let it glow out. Now ventilate well and let new energy in. With one bundle you can smoke about 30 times.
What else do I need for this? You can use a fireproof bowl or plate to keep the ashes from falling to the ground. Take at least five minutes of time out before and after smoking to fully concentrate on your ritual.
