Natural and handmade: the most beautiful scented candles for delicate noses

The selection of our scented candles is hand-picked with a fine nose. We love high-quality scented candles and especially the vegan soy candles from Brooklyn Candle Studio. With their simple mission to create candles with captivating scents, beautiful, minimalist design and the finest ingredients, they offer everything we love about luxury candles, but at affordable prices. They are an asset to any home.

The small manufactory produces the candles in its workshop in Brooklyn from sustainable soy wax and phthalate-free perfume oils infused with essential oils. Each scented candle is fitted with a wick, poured and labeled by hand by the in-house team.

The noble, long-lasting fragrances are inspired by nature and travel, moments and memories. They bring light, life and take charge of the atmosphere. They are beautiful on bedside tables in the bedroom, they flicker over meals and in the company of friends. They fill your rooms and help you cope with long hours at the office or a busy house full of children.

The natural, aromatic scents of the candles remind you of the seasons, ground you where you are, and bring you back to the important things in life. We're excited to see what associations the scents evoke for you.

How do you care for your scented candle?
To avoid tunneling, when you first light your candle, you should let it burn until the wax has melted to the edge of the glass and is liquid. This takes about 2-4 hours. To guarantee an even burn, always let your candle burn for at least 1 hour and a maximum of 4 hours at a time. Before each lighting, the wick should be shortened to about 1 cm to avoid the formation of wax or soot traces.

Incense rituals - the spiritual grounding
Incense is one of the oldest rituals in human history. All over the world and at all times people have used the burning of incense to create certain effects and emotions. Incense was part of everyday rituals but also associated with special celebrations and festivities. Therefore, we use incense for a variety of occasions: during meditation, yoga, celebrations, relaxation in the evening or simply for pleasure.

How to smoke?
You light an incense bundle at the tip, let it burn a bit and then blow out the flame to form an ember. You keep the embers alive by adding air - so gently wave or blow in the air. To extinguish, stick it in sand or let it glow out. Now you ventilate your rooms well to let in new energies. With one bundle you can smoke about 30 times. Take at least five minutes of time out before and after incense burning to fully concentrate on your ritual.

Palo Santo - the sacred wood from South America
The use of Palo Santo (sacred wood) goes back thousands of years to a tradition of the indigenous peoples of South America. Palo Santo wood is said to have healing powers and can transform negative energies into positive energies. When burned, the incense exudes a pleasantly woody and balanced aroma. In Peru - the origin of our Palo Santo wood - the Palo Santo tree is a protected species. Our Palo Santo is harvested without harming the tree by only removing dead wood from the forest.
Palo Santo is said to connect us with "Pacha Mama", Mother Earth, provide inner clarity and harmony, promote creativity and give peace and serenity. It is used in particular to incense rooms in order to fill them with positive energy.

How is Palo Santo smoked?

The rod is lit on one side and made to glow by fanning it with air. In most cases, the hot resin also becomes visible. The flame is then gently waved out and the finely smoking Palo Santo is passed through the rooms to cleanse them. The piece is then placed in a fireproof bowl and allowed to burn out.

Palo Santo wood is a very productive - because the Palo Santo wood stick can be lit as many times until it is completely used up.
