We are happy if you are satisfied with your order. If, contrary to expectations, you do not like a product, we would like to make the return process as easy as possible for you. In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, we grant a voluntary right of return of 30 days, during which you can return items. Timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline.
For the sake of our environment and tocontribute to less CO2 emissions, we do not offer free returns and the customer bears the costs themselves.

Returns (e.g. product not liked):
After receiving the goods, you have 30 days to decide whether you want to keep your items. If you do not like a product or have other reasons for returning it, please note the reason for return on the delivery note and return the item to us.
When you make a return, all items ordered must be in new, undamaged condition. They must also be returned in their original protective packaging to ensure that the return arrives safe and intact. Bed linen and towels must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.
Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs and that you must pay sufficient postage for the package.

Complaint (defective product or exchange):
We attach great importance to the quality of our materials and workmanship and subject every product to a quality check before dispatch. Should a product nevertheless have faults or defects , you can of course complain to us.

Please include your order and invoice number, description of the complaint and your contact details. We will contact you immediately and find a solution.
In the event of an exchange or complaint, we will of course bear the return costs. We will also pay for returns that are explicitly counted as bulky goods.
Once we receive your return, we will process it and refund you within 1-2 weeks using the same payment method you used to make the purchase. If you have any questions in the meantime, please contact our customer service.
The voluntary return guarantee is independent of the statutory right of withdrawal. Any restrictions only apply after the expiry of the statutory cancellation period.
