Shipping and payments
Immediately after your order, your desired products are lovingly packed and on their way to you.
Domestic deliveries (Germany)
All orders over 90€ are delivered free of charge within Germany.
For orders with a value of less than €90, we charge €5.95 shipping costs.
Items that are shipped as bulky goods are charged at €30.00. This is also the case with normally free shipping. The information about this is shown separately in the product.
Deliveries abroad
We deliver to the following countries:

Shipping to these islands is excluded: Canary Islands, Åland Islands.
For deliveries of goods outside the European Union, import duties (customs duties) may apply. Please note that we cannot be held liable for any customs costs incurred.
Items that are marked as bulky goods in the product description can be shipped outside of Germany on a case-by-case basis upon request. Please contact us individually at hello@by-native.de
Delivery times
Your package will be delivered climate neutrally with the Go Green shipping service of Deutsche Post (DHL). All orders are processed as quickly as possible. As soon as your order has left our warehouse, it will be delivered within 2 to 3 working days within Germany, and within 5 - 14 days for international deliveries.
Please note that we do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
