Shipping and payments

 

Immediately after your order, your desired products are lovingly packed and on their way to you.

Domestic deliveries (Germany) 

All orders over 90€ are delivered free of charge within Germany.

For orders with a value of less than €90, we charge €5.95 shipping costs.
Items that are shipped as bulky goods are charged at €30.00. This is also the case with normally free shipping. The information about this is shown separately in the product.

Deliveries abroad

We deliver to the following countries:

Belgium, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland	9,95 €
All other EU countries	14,95 €

Shipping to these islands is excluded: Canary Islands, Åland Islands.

Delivery times

Your parcel will be shipped with the Go Green German Post (DHL) climate-neutral delivery. As a rule, your order will be processed by us within 1-3 working days. As soon as your order has been handed over to our shipping partner, you will receive your order within Germany within 2-4 working days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 14 working days.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

If youpay by credit card (without using a payment service provider) , yourcredit card account will be debited upon conclusion of the contract.
